Location

Aspen Lodge is situated in the prestigious Highlands area of Breckenridge with outstanding views of the Ten Mile range.  It is a quiet location, yet only around 10 minutes drive to the centre of town and the ski lifts, 10 minutes drive to the Golf Club and 5 minutes drive from the Recreation Centre.  You can also find sailing and kayaking in Dillon only a 20-minute drive away.

Accommodation

Aspen Lodge is just under 350 m2 (3,767 sq ft) in area and can accommodate 10 people in 4 double bedrooms (with en-suite bathrooms) and 1 single bedroom.  It may be possible to accommodate a small number of additional children, subject to discussion.  There is a comfortable Living Room with a dining area; a separate Family Room with wide-screen TV, DVD, surround–sound etc. and its own wet bar; a hot-tub on an outside terrace; a study area with PC and high-speed internet access; and a 2-car garage with underfloor heating for the winter months.
